The BM25 from Teledyne Oldham Simtronics is a rugged, transportable area gas monitor designed to detect one to five gases — including combustibles (LEL), oxygen, carbon monoxide and hydrogen sulphide — for temporary work sites, team protection and perimeter surveillance. Powered by a NiMH battery pack offering up to 170 hours of continuous run time, it includes STEL/TWA readings and over four months of data logging capacity. Multiple units can be daisy-chained via alarm transfer kits so that an alarm on one unit triggers alerts across the network, making it well suited to refineries, offshore platforms and large industrial sites.
